Mechanical Installation

Our mechanical installation group brings together the equipment that makes a building’s heating and water circuits work. Our catalogue includes plate heat exchangers, separators, neutralisation units, water softeners, magnetic filters, expansion joints, heat meters and safety valves. Green klingerit and steel gaskets, flanged gas and water valves and fire hose cabinets are also part of the same group. These products are used in boiler rooms, heating plants and pipelines to keep the system running efficiently and safely: the heat meter measures heat consumption, magnetic filters and separators remove dirt and air from the circuit, and expansion joints absorb expansion in the pipeline.

On the pump side, we are an authorised dealer for Teknopomp and KSB. Teknopomp circulation pumps, single and twin vertical-pump booster sets and fire booster pump sets, as well as KSB circulation pumps and booster pump sets, are used in the water pressurisation and heating circuits of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. For the boiler room, we offer hot-water cylinders, accumulation tanks, buffer tanks, steam tanks, thermal oil boilers and steam generators from Wenta, for which we are also an authorised dealer, together with air vessels, manifolds, neutralisation units and rainwater separators from Güven Seperatör.

Pump and booster set selection depends on flow rate, head and the layout of the installation; the wrong capacity leads both to energy loss and to shorter equipment life. Heat exchanger and tank sizes are also determined by the needs of the project.
